ما هو هذا الكورس؟

A lab-only path through Git, free for everyone with a Kube-Ops Academy account.

You join the team behind OpsTrack, a small operations service, and work on its repository the way software and DevOps teams do every day. Each lab opens that project at the exact point the previous one left it, so the story carries through: you configure Git and make the first commits, branch and resolve conflicts, collaborate with teammates through a shared remote that protects main, undo mistakes without losing work, publish releases, and investigate production history. The course ends with an incident you handle alone, from the first alert to a tagged hotfix.

There are no video lectures and no reading-only lessons. Every lab checks what you actually did in the repository and tells you what is still missing. Four knowledge checks close the modules where the ideas matter most.

Basic comfort in a Linux shell: moving between directories, listing and reading files, and editing a text file. No Git experience is needed.

Nothing to install. Every lab runs in your browser with a terminal and an editor.

Do I need a GitHub account? No. Every lab has its own practice repository and team remote. Nothing is pushed to your GitHub.

Can I start over if I break the repository? Yes. Each lab can put its project back to the starting point, and you can relaunch a lab up to ten times.

Do I have to take the labs in order? Each lab stands on its own, but the story and the skills build module by module, and the capstone assumes you have done the six modules before it.
